The featured artist’s this month are the Cohen brothers. Both were trained as artists in the 1950’s . Both of the brothers attended the Slade school of Art . They both were well received in the art world in the 1960’s. Bernard Cohen is still working as an artist and from the mid 1990’s has regularly shown at Flowers East Gallery. If you look on their web site a better informed biography and exhibition list can be found and images of his most recent work.
Harold Cohen now lives in the USA and had worked with computers from the 1970’s. He is still painting and in 2008 had a show at the Bernard Jacobson Gallery.
The work we have Roe and Moore are from the 1960’s period.
