Shipping and Delivery of items and other payment options.

Standard shipping/postage costs are FREE.

However, special arrangements and charges will have to be made for heavy,large or framed items.

UK

Please allow at least 3 to 4 working days for delivery, and possibly more during busy periods for the delivery companies, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Where possible we send parcels out for delivery the next day.
Prints are either sent flat or rolled within a stiff tube.
Books are wrapped in bubble wrap and card.

 Receiving Your Delivery: We send out all our parcels by special delivery, usually with Parcel Force or the Post Office. This means that you will need to sign for the parcel on delivery.
Please therefore make sure you send the item to an address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel during working hours.

VAT: There is no VAT on Books and we do not charge VAT on the prints.

Europe and Ireland

Prints are either sent flat or rolled within a stiff tube.
Books are wrapped in bubble wrap and card.

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 4-7 working days. All our items are sent fully insured or tracked. This means that you may need to sign for the parcel on delivery.
Please therefore make sure you send the item to an address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel during working hours.

VAT (sales tax): There is no VAT on Books and we do not charge VAT on the prints. There are NO EXTRA COSTS such as tax or import duties for you to pay!

USA , Canada , Far East and Australia.

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 10-14 working days. All our items are sent by air, fully insured or tracked. This means that you will need to sign for the parcel on delivery.

Payment

If you do not wish to use the Paypal facility on the web site, we do take debit or Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Credit card details can be sent by telephone, post or e-mail (split over two or three emails - card number separate from the expiry date). We also require the last three digits of the security code on the strip on the back of the card (not the whole number). This is a welcome extra security measure applied by our credit card processing company.

We do not give valuations or appraisals.

We provide accurate details of our prints, including standard catalogue references and condition. Requests for further condition reports and photographs are replied to ASAP.

Should prints not exactly meet with our descriptions we do offer a Money Back Return Policy as we like to have ‘happy customers’.

Items may also be returned if they do not meet your requirements minus postage and handling costs within two weeks.
